What happens to your PDF?

Your selected file opens in this browser. Previews, PNG images and ZIP archives are created on your device, as are merged PDFs, extracted PDF pages and PDFs created from your images. Image conversion, cropping and resizing also run on your device. We do not upload your file or its name, or store it in an account.

When you are done

Use “Remove file” or “Clear all” to clear documents and results from the app. Closing the page ends access to the files held in app memory. Downloaded files stay on your device; you can delete them yourself.

When you visit the site

Your browser downloads the app and fonts from our site. The hosting provider may see standard access information such as your IP address. The app currently has no ads, third-party analytics or tracking cookies.

We count completed operations and download-button clicks using our own endpoint on this site, hosted on Cloudflare. We also count page arrivals using a fixed public-page label. Shared links may carry approved community or YouTube campaign labels. New operations can use these labels in browser memory for up to 30 minutes. Download clicks keep the label of the output they belong to until that output is cleared or the page is reloaded. No full URL, query text or referrer is sent. A random event ID prevents duplicates. No file, filename, content or visitor profile is sent. Event receipts are cleaned up daily after their seven-day duplicate prevention window; daily anonymous totals are retained. Downloads cannot be confirmed as saved to disk. Counting failures never stop your conversion or download.

You can disable these counters in this browser through the setting below. This preference is stored locally and is not a tracking identifier.

Free and open-source libraries

We use open-source libraries including PDF.js, pdf-lib, fflate and jSquash/libwebp. PDF processing assets and fonts are served from our own site. Your document is never sent to a conversion service.

Contacting us

If you email us, you share your email address and the message you send through your email provider. This is separate from processing files in the browser. Do not attach documents or include filenames, file contents or personal information in a support message. Remove private details from error messages before sending them.

Incoming support emails are forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing and NordPass to a Gmail inbox. These services handle the email you choose to send; they are not used to process files in the tools.
